"Loosen up with Confidence" is Helga's first DVD. It contains a complete landscape demonstration, a complete floral demonstration, and parts of other demonstrations.
"Creative Direction," Helga's second DVD, contains a complete moonscape demonstration, a complete abstract demonstration and a half-hour lecture.
Each DVD is about 2 hours long, and costs $35,
including tax. Shipping is $3. However, if you would like both DVDs for $70, we
wave the shipping charges.
